The cops don’t have to find the drugs on your body to arrest you. They only need to prove that you had access to or control of the drugs. But they may have been found in a car with multiple occupants or an apartment where many people were present. If this is the case, you can assert that the drugs are not yours. In order to do so, however, you will need to be diligent about sharing all the information you know about your case with your lawyer so he can present a reasonable defense on your behalf.
